申請者必須依照活動網頁上的指示，完成指定動作並填寫基本資料者，完成匯款者將會一週內收到會員碼，請上兩廳院會員登錄。

本會員招募活動規則已詳細載明於活動網頁中，申請者於參加本活動時，即同意接受所有活動規則之規範。如有違反本活動規則，主辦單位得以取消申請資格並依法處理。

申請者保證所有填寫或提出的資料並非冒用或盜用第三人之個資或智慧財產權，如有不實或不正確之情事或第三方提出任何法律或侵權訴訟，得由申請者本人全權負責，概與主辦單位無關，同時主辦單位有權利取消該申請者會員資格。

◎其他注意事項：禮品以實物為準，如遇產品缺貨或其他不可抗力之事由，主辦單位得保留更換等值禮品之權利，不另行告知。配送地址以申請人所填資料之地址為準，主辦單位不負贈品無法送達之責任。

會員參與本活動之同時，即視為同意接受本活動之規範，如有違反、或有任何以詐騙方式或其他足以破壞本活動之不法行徑，或經主辦單位查獲以任何方式，導致系統異常者，主辦單位保有法律追訴權。

主辦單位保留隨時修正、暫停本活動之權利（已經申請者不在此項規範），如有變動將公告於活動網站。申請者同意填寫或提出之資料均為真實且正確，未冒用或盜用任何第三人之資料。

如有致損害於主辦單位或其他第三人，申請者應負一切相關責任。如未提供正確且完整之個人基本資料或聯絡資料，導致主辦單位於活動時無法通知或寄送禮品者，視同放棄資格。主辦單位不另行通知且不負任何責任。

Applicants must follow the instructions provided on the membership webpage, complete all required steps, submit the necessary personal information, and complete payment. A membership code will be issued within one week after payment is confirmed. Please use this code to register through the NTCH membership system.

All terms and conditions of this membership program are stated on the official webpage. By submitting an application, applicants agree to comply with all applicable rules. Unique Puppet Theatre reserves the right to cancel the membership of any applicant who violates these terms.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is true, accurate, and does not unlawfully use the personal information or intellectual property of any third party. In the event of false or inaccurate information, or any legal claim or dispute arising from information submitted by an applicant, the applicant shall bear full responsibility. Unique Puppet Theatre reserves the right to revoke the applicant’s membership where appropriate.

Gifts and Delivery

All gifts are subject to actual availability and may differ slightly from promotional images. In the event that a gift is unavailable due to shortage or other circumstances beyond our control, Unique Puppet Theatre reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equivalent value without prior notice.

Gifts will be delivered to the address provided by the applicant. Unique Puppet Theatre shall not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the applicant.

Terms and Conditions

Participation in this membership program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, manipulation, or action intended to interfere with the operation of the program or its systems may result in cancellation of membership and, where appropriate, legal action.

Unique Puppet Theatre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this membership program at any time. Such changes will not affect applications already completed prior to the announcement. Any updates will be published on the official program webpage.

Applicants agree that all information submitted is complete and accurate and does not impersonate or unlawfully use the information of any third party. Applicants shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to Unique Puppet Theatre or any third party as a result of false or improper information.

If an applicant fails to provide complete and accurate personal or contact information, resulting in an inability to contact the applicant or deliver membership gifts, the applicant will be deemed to have forfeited the relevant benefits. Unique Puppet Theatre shall bear no responsibility and will not provide additional notice.
